$0.00A solid silver enamel courting couple case - a rectangular case with large cut corners showing to the hinged lid a very fine enamel pastoral scene over a fine guilloche ground of a courting couple eating grapes; a variation on the theme of the Francois Boucher painting "Pensent-ils au raisin?" (Are they thinking of the grape?) - the hinged lid opens with a shaped thumbpiece to reveal a gilt interior and an overall gold wash to the outside sides and base - marked to the inside lip 935 and an unidentified makers mark - total weight 154grms - overall dimensions 93 x 70 x 16mm - c.1930 Switzerland
