Antique Sterling silver and enamel erotic case "Nymphs and Pan"

An antique Sterling silver rare double lidded pillow shaped case with a plain exterior with monogram to the front and cabochon sapphire push button clasp that opens the hinged lid to reveal a gilt interior with elastic straps. It also has a concealed second lid when opened shows a wonderful and finely painted enamel panel of two nymphs dancing whilst Pan plays a tune on his pipes - hallmarked to the front, inside and back with a 1867-1904 import mark for Walter Henry Marks and Samuel Tobias Cohen of Birmingham and 1903 - total weight 180grms - overall dimensions 88 x 79mm - 1903 England

Rare to have in such immaculate condition.
