A small solid silver brooch consisting of a small curved wing butterfly motif with a delicate blue and yellow design with black spots and detail on a naturalistic veined guilloche ground with a rollover clasp to the pin at the back and overall gilt finish- marked for Hroar Prydz of Oslo - total weight 4.9grms - overall dimensions 37 x 20mm - c.1950 Norway
